The Grand Lodge of New York charted six Sea & Field Lodges, one in the United States and fivw overseas.

Army Lodge A, A.F. & A.M. - 113th Field Artillery

Given dispensation from the Grand Lodge of North Carolina in 1918, this lodge held meetings in the U.S. as well as in France during The Great War.

Lodge of the 26th Division:

On 11 August, 1918, a meeting of Masons from the 26th Division was held “somewhere in France”. Our research is just beginning on this lodge.

RW Reid Gardiner has published a wonderful article on the history of Montana Army Lodge No. 1, given dispensation by the Grand Lodge of Montana.

w.a. colston army lodge u.d. & james n. saunders army lodge u.d.: grand lodge of kentucky

Established in August and September of 1917 by Grand Master J.N. Saunders, it is not known if these lodges ever met.
